Christopher E. Williams is a technology leader with deep experience designing and delivering secure, enterprise-grade platforms across government and commercial sectors. As Chief Technology Officer of MedShare Clinical Intelligence, Christopher leads the architecture, engineering, and infrastructure strategy that powers the technology platform behind MedShareCI’s clinical intelligence solutions.
At MedShareCI, he is responsible for building the secure and scalable systems that enable the aggregation, integration, normalization, and operational use of healthcare data across providers, employers, and insurance stakeholders. His work focuses on developing resilient cloud architectures and modern engineering practices that support MedShareCI’s mission of improving healthcare transparency, interoperability, and clinical intelligence.
Christopher brings extensive experience in enterprise technology, cybersecurity, and DevSecOps environments, having supported the development and deployment of mission-critical systems for both government and commercial organizations. His background includes His background includes cloud architecture, healthcare data interoperability, scalable platform engineering, and secure systems engineering designed to operate in highly regulated environments.
He holds a B.A. in Cognitive Science with a focus in Cognition from the University of Virginia, with a minor in Philosophy. Christopher also completed executive management training at Yale University and advanced graduate coursework in Systems Engineering through the Virginia Commonwealth Graduate Engineering Program.
